Part of being an exceptional fly creator means designing flies that are meant for you and your fly box only. That's precisely how RIO's signature tyer, Hogan Brown, dreamt up the S&M Nymph—possibly the best baetis and PMD patterns around. Its popularity got Hogan dreaming again. He wanted to give trout something new to consider, so a handful of tweaks later, Hogan turned to his little friend, RIO's Hogan Lil Amigo, to get the job done when nothing else seems to be working.
