We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@pacificangler.ca. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We are unable to offer free return shipping currently. If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (including but not limited to custom waders, custom reels, personalized items), non-regularly stocked special orders, electronics, any sale or clearance items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at orders@pacificangler.ca within 48 hours of receiving the order if items are defective, damaged or incorrect. If your item is damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging and keep all packaging. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and work to make it right. Damaged or incorrect orders reported outside of this timeframe will not be considered.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the steps above to initiate a return. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you do not see a refund on your original method of payment please contact us at orders@pacificangler.ca
Please note that shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded.
